Anne of Great Britain
Queen Anne signed the Act of Union (1707) creating the Kingdom of Great Britain, and the Treaty of Utrecht (1713) gave Britain the Asiento—the right to supply enslaved Africans to Spanish America—and Gibraltar, greatly expanding British power. She was the last Stuart monarch.
