Caracalla

Marcus Aurelius Antoninus, known as Caracalla for his Gallic hooded cloak, murdered his co-emperor brother Geta and ruled as sole emperor. His Edict of 212 CE was the most sweeping extension of Roman citizenship in history. He was assassinated by his own bodyguard while urinating on campaign.
