Charles X of France
Charles X was the last Bourbon king of France, whose reactionary attempt to roll back the Constitutional Charter triggered the July Revolution of 1830. His Four Ordinances restricting the press, dissolving the Chamber, and altering electoral law sparked three days of street fighting in Paris that forced him into exile.
