Chuck Hull

Chuck Hull invented stereolithography — the first 3D printing process — in 1983, using UV light to cure photopolymer resin layer by layer. He co-founded 3D Systems and holds over 60 patents. Additive manufacturing now spans aerospace, medicine, and consumer goods.
