Crazy Horse
Oglala Lakota war leader renowned for his role at the Battle of the Rosebud and the annihilation of Custer's 7th Cavalry at the Battle of Little Bighorn on 25–26 June 1876. He surrendered at Fort Robinson in May 1877 and was fatally bayoneted by a soldier while reportedly resisting confinement, on 5 September 1877.
