David Lloyd George
David Lloyd George was a Welsh statesman who served as British Prime Minister from 1916 to 1922. He led Britain through the final years of World War I and played a central role in the Paris Peace Conference of 1919. A Liberal politician, he is credited with major social reforms and with steering Britain to victory in the war.
