Togo Heihachiro

Japanese Admiral who commanded the Combined Fleet at the Battle of Tsushima Strait on 27–28 May 1905, destroying 21 of 38 Russian warships of the Baltic Fleet in the first decisive victory of an Asian power over a European great power in the modern era, effectively ending the Russo-Japanese War in Japan's favour.
