Wilhelmina of the Netherlands
Wilhelmina became queen at age ten and reigned for 58 years. During World War II she led the Dutch government in exile from London, becoming a symbol of Dutch resistance against Nazi occupation. Her radio broadcasts to occupied Netherlands sustained national morale. She abdicated in 1948 in favour of her daughter Juliana.
