Bolivia
Bolivia is a landlocked state in central South America, spanning the high Andes and the Amazon lowlands, with constitutional capital Sucre and seat of government at La Paz. Once core to the silver wealth of Spanish Peru, it gained independence in 1825 but lost its Pacific coastline to Chile. It has a large Indigenous population and rich mineral resources.
